Leadership
Lilyann Miller
Principal Consultant, Owner
Lilyann serves as the Principal Consultant and Owner. She previously was in leadership for non-profit agencies serving at-risk individuals and founded L. Miller Strategies in 2025. She manages all contracts and compliance.

She has worked directly in client care with both adults and youth at risk, partnered with state agencies, and served on advisory councils focused on uplifting youth voice in decision making and policy work. She has also worked with the Oregon Senate Human Services Committee on ending temporary lodging of young adults in the care and custody of the Oregon Department of Human Services and ensuring cohesion regarding abuse reporting with the Office of Training and Investigative Services and other state agencies.
