Lilyann Miller
Founder and Director of Client Services
Lilyann is the Founder and Director of Client Services with L. Miller Strategies. She manages daily operations of the firm and supervises all contracts. She has nearly 6 years of experience in Foster Care, Residential Behavioral and Mental Health, Non-Profit Administration, and Public Policy. She has worked with Non-Profit Mental Health Agencies, the Oregon Department of Education, Oregon Youth Authority, and many Legislators on policy that directly impacts individuals receiving services and justice involved individuals. She brings a unique perspective with years of understanding policy impact and systemic challenges.
